Hours: 3 Days per Week - 20/25 Hours

Job Scope:
We are looking for a fully office based, part time Compliance/Admin Assistant to provide compliance, administrative and front of house support to my client in Abingdon.
Core Responsibilities of the Compliance/Admin Assistant role:
- Front of house reception
- Monitoring and ordering stationery and office supplies
- Control of client records in and out
- Filing, Archiving and Daily post
- Scanning documents to secure database
- Database management and updates
- Dealing with HMRC post and scanning to secure database
- Corporation Tax admin tasks
- Corporation Tax Agent list date management
- Liaise with business park management office for external repairs, car parking etc.
- General admin support for the team where required e.g., drafting letters.
About you:
- This role would suit an Administrator with a minimum of two years' experience, ideally in a finance environment.
