**About Our Client**:
The client is renowned in their field, with on-site parking and a site close to public transport links. They operate a hybrid working policy of 3 days in the office and 2 from home.

The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for:

- Expenses; company credit card and out of pocket administration and journals
- UK payroll processing for 200 employees
- Liaising with outsourced payroll providers in 14 countries throughout Europe to process monthly foreign payrolls
- Monthly journal entries into financial systems
- Reconciling payroll control accounts
- Preparation and filing of statutory returns relating to UK payroll
- Reporting pension contributions to UK pension schemes
- Overseeing calculation of monthly commission payments
- Maintenance of employee share schemes
- Ensuring all employee and finance queries are responded to in a timely and accurate manner
- Working closely with HR Team to ensure monthly changes are actioned in payroll
- Developing ad-hoc management and operational reporting as required
- Managing work-flow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
- Assist with relevant audits, including end of year

**The Successful Applicant**:
The Payroll Clerk will be/have:

- Experience in Payroll is essential
- Experience with Payroll system/s
- Experience with UK payrolls
- Immediately available
