We have a rare vacancy for a Customer Services Administrator at one of our loveliest clients; an Electrical Engineering company based in Herne Bay.

The role will is an integral part of the team and you will be working within the Customer Services department of a busy manufacturer.

The main duties are;
- Raising and revising quotes, process sales orders and any other tasks required using the appropriate IT systems.
- Answering telephone enquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaising closely with other departments within the business, for example Technical Services and Finance Departments.
- Any other duties to fulfil the business requirements as defined by the Operations Manager.
- Work well under pressure.
- Be flexible in approach to both tasks and hours worked.
- Be aware of current workloads and priorities.
- Use initiative in prioritising workload.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with customers and colleagues.

If you have the following skill set we would love to hear from you;
- Previous experience working in a busy and time pressured admin environment.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Good communication skills, written and verbal.
- A good telephone manner.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce a high standard of work.
- Computer literate and competent in Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Work well in a team.
- Ability to plan and co-ordinate own workload in conjunction with other colleagues and departments.

The position is Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. Starting rate of £10.50 per hour. Weekly pay, PAYE and 28 days annual leave per year on an accrual basis.
