**IT Service Desk Administrator**
**Herne Bay**
**Circa £25k DOE**
We are looking for an experienced IT Service Desk and General Administrator, who is customer focussed with experience of providing office based / remote IT Helpdesk support.
You will need to have the confidence to take on the full responsibility of the service ticket process, from logging to closure.
You will need a willingness to learn and develop a career in IT / Technology Services. You will be responsible for providing a range of service and I.T. administration requests
**Duties will include**:
- Production of Contracts
- Renewals
- Quoting
- Buying / Procurement
- Stock control and management
- Service Reports
- Invoice Queries
- General accounting Administration
- General diary management
- Assisting Service Delivery with Project management
- Assisting Marketing with campaigns and documentation
- Assisting Directors with general administrative duties
**Experience and knowledge**
- Excellent telephone manner
- Demonstrable interest in IT
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Diplomatic but assertive and determined to see the job through
- Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Time management and workload prioritization
- Highly IT Literate using Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook, Autotask, Xero Adobe creative cloud, office 365 are all desirable skills
- Previous experience of working as a Service Desk / Helpdesk Administrator/Co-Ordinator
- Punctual, friendly and confident person
- Ability to be able to use own initiative
