**Job description**
Due to continual growth of the company Signature Kitchens, Bathrooms and Tiles are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join the team.
Based in Whitley Bay, Newcastle, we are a well
- established business who welcome enthusiastic and motivated people with a desire to deliver excellent customer service.
This is a great role that someone could make their own. You'd be joining a close
- knit team and would be the right-hand support to one of the directors.
- Acting as the first point of contact for the office
- Inbox management for directors
- Book in customer appointments and home visits around the directors availability
- Support director in appointments with customers to design their dream bathroom, kitchen, or bedroom
- Convert interest into sales using the leads generated in our showroom, social media, website & telephone calls
- Manage the company mailbox and respond to all enquiries
- Sending invoices and chasing payment
- Update our website and post on social media
- Help design marketing campaign & posters
- Order stock and liaise with suppliers
- Take delivery of stock
Skills and Personality required:
- Experience working within an office administrative role
- Smartly presented
- Excellent time keeping
- Able to work on your own initiative
- Organised and the proven ability to multi task
- Confident
- Experience in dealing with customers
- Excellent communication skills
- verbal and in writing
- IT Literate
- intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook E-Mail
- Flexible
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.44 per hour
