As a Recovery Practitioner (ODP), your main responsibilities will include:
**Assessment and Monitoring**: You will assess patients' physical and psychological condition, ensuring they are fit for surgery or procedures. During recovery, you will closely monitor their vital signs, pain levels, and any potential complications, taking prompt action when necessary.

**Safe and Effective Care**: You will provide high-quality care to patients throughout the recovery process, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This includes administering medications, assisting with wound care, and monitoring post-operative symptoms.

**Collaboration**: You will work closely with other healthcare professionals, including surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists, to develop and implement individualized care plans. Effective communication and teamwork are essential to achieve the best outcomes for our patients.

**Emergency Response**: In the event of an emergency, you will be trained and prepared to provide immediate life-saving interventions. Your quick thinking and ability to remain calm under pressure are critical in such situations.

**Documentation and Reporting**: Accurate and timely documentation of patients' progress, medications, and interventions is essential. You will maintain comprehensive records and provide regular reports to the healthcare team, ensuring continuity of care.

**Continuous Learning**: As a dedicated healthcare professional, you will stay updated on the latest advancements in recovery and patient care. Continuous professional development is encouraged, and opportunities for further training and education will be available.

To qualify for this temporary position, you must be a registered Recovery Practitioner (ODP) with a valid certification. Experience in a similar role is preferred, but new graduates are also encouraged to apply. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential.
