**Responsibilities**:
As a Temporary Recovery Practitioner (ODP), you will play a crucial role in the perioperative care of patients undergoing surgery. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in the preparation of the operating theatre and equipment
- Ensuring the cleanliness and sterility of the operating environment
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and providing appropriate interventions
- Assisting the surgical team during procedures
- Administering medications and fluids as directed by the anaesthetist
- Providing post-operative care and monitoring patients' recovery
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Valid registration as an Operating Department Practitioner (ODP)
- Previous experience working in a perioperative setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
