**Location**

As a Temporary Recovery Practitioner (ODP), you will play a critical role in assisting the multidisciplinary team in the safe and effective recovery of patients undergoing surgical procedures. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our patients at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting with the preparation of the operating theatre and recovery areas
- Ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available and in working order
- Monitoring patients' vital signs before, during, and after surgery
- Administering medications as directed by the medical team
- Providing post-operative care and support to patients in the recovery area
- Assessing and managing patients' pain levels effectively
- Communicating with patients and their families, providing reassurance and answering any questions or concerns
- Working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensuring accurate documentation of patient records and maintaining confidentiality at all times

**Start Date and Duration**

The temporary role will commence on 22nd February 2024 and will last until the same day. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to the well-being of our patients within a defined timeframe.

**Shift Details**

**Payment Rate**
