**About the role**

A unique and exciting opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator to be responsible for a variety of administrative and compliance duties for Managers, Supervisors, or the Office of General Counsel Department. Other key responsibilities of this newly created role include:

- Supporting the Firm's Anti-Money Laundering compliance efforts with Know Your Client (“KYC”) documentation, including conducting research and collecting documentation to support compliance efforts compliance efforts for jurisdictions globally.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, processing and monitoring Chrome River expense reimbursements and arranging meetings and retreats.
- Supporting the team with important regulatory updates which could include testing various software programs, helping to develop training presentations and conducting research on new regulations.
- Providing administrative support for high level meetings such as the Compliance Officers for Legal Practice (COLP) and Compliance Officers for Finance and Administration (COFA) meetings including attendance at meetings, preparing agendas and minutes.
- Assisting in ad hoc special projects such as DAC6, Brexit and the Posted Workers Directive.
