**Administrative Coordinator**

We have an exciting opportunity for a career driven individual to join an ever-growing reputable company based in London, as an **Administrative Coordinator**.

**Duties**:

- Be responsible for **coordinating resources** to enable installation targets and customer commitments to be met.
- Communicating with customers and engineers
- **Prioritising** workload to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Organising and contacting **engineers **to ensure all work is completed.
- Attending site visits with the contracts manager and **building relationships** with existing and potential clients
- **Ensuring the jobs meet the relevant requirements** regarding quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and duty of care.
- Highly organised and **pro-active**
- Office based administration experience working within **account management or scheduling team**
- Great **communication skills **with the ability to build relationships.
- The ability to manage your own workload and manage multiple changing priorities.
- The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- A flexible approach to work
- The ability to problem solve (**Technical** background desirable)
- IT Literate

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, self-motivated individual with some experience in scheduling and customer service to really flourish
