Customer Service Administrator

£21,000 - £23,000

**Job Type**: Full time, Permanent

Location: Lichfield, HYBRID WORKING (Monday and Friday from home)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Our long-standing client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Liaising with internal and external departments
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Processing orders on the internal system
- Checking stock availability
- Data entry and processing of information onto the internal system
- Sending and receiving e mails in a timely manner
- Problem solving at all levels
- Updating systems
- Handling enquiries
- Creating reports

Skills and experience
- Customer Service / Administration based experience
- PC literate
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ideally a car owner but not essential
