**Customer Support/Administrator - Minworth Depot**

**Starting Salary £24,500 p.a. (DOE) - £12.56ph**

RSS - Rope and Sling Specialists Ltd are a national company in the field of lifting equipment engineering.

We provide all industry sectors with a complete service for all their lifting equipment needs, we ensure they are supported, safe and compliant.

The RSS group has extensive experience in providing customer focused solutions throughout the UK.

The role will involve the co-ordination and processing of customer hire and sales orders, collating certification, documentation along with general office administrative duties.

This is a busy and rewarding role that provides a fantastic platform for you to enhance your skills, experience and progress within the lifting sector and the group company.

Experience of working in a similar administrative role would be advantageous but is not at all essential. If you have a good work ethic, a passion for providing excellent customer service, a team player and the drive to learn; we can help with the rest by providing you with full industry training and support.

Applicants should have:

- **Previous experience in an office environment / administrative role**:

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- **Working knowledge of Microsoft packages**

Experience with Sage systems would be an advantage however not essential as full training provided

Ability to raise customer invoices and update branch sales stock levels monthly

Schedule an electronic engineers diary

Essential

Confident telephone communicator

Team player - willing to learn and progress

**Hours of Work**: 37.5 hours per week (8.30am - 5.00pm Mon - Fri)
