**Gibbs Timber Frame** specialize in the manufacturing of **high-quality timber frame structures **in the construction industry.We provide a **fast, efficient, and personalized service**. We design and manufacture to suit each individual project, ensuring flexibility and precision from luxury detached homes to car ports.
Our manufacturing facility spans **26,000 square feet** of Colemans Farm, Porchfield.

The applicant must have excellent customer service, be able to prioritize efficiently and learn quickly, be computer literate, very well-organised, have attention to detail, be willing to learn and be part of a busy team.
**Duties & responsibilities will include**:
- Receiving clients when they arrive and showing them to the respective offices
- Answering phone calls and rerouting to the appropriate office
- Sorting and distributing company mail
- Performing data entry tasks
- HR administration and employee engagement
- Filing all company documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Conducting research and compiling data upon request
- Opening, sorting, and distributing mail
- Scheduling travel arrangements for Senior Management/Directors
- Creating, editing, and updating spreadsheets
- Light accounting duties
- Preparing documents such as invoices, memos, and financial statements
- Assisting senior management teams when needed
- Maintain stock of supplies, ordering and distributing
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
