Cove have partnered with a local Newport business.
The growing business has an immediate opening for someone to join them in there purchasing department where most of the work will be Administrative. You will be joining an established team of six who enjoy the company’s culture.
**What you will be doing?**
- Processing delivery notes
- Scanning documents onto the systems
- Prepare and update documents, and spreadsheets as and when required
**What we need?**
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and environments.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is preferred but not mandatory.
**What’s in it for you?**
- £12 per hour
- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
- Long term
- on going contract.
