We are looking for an office administrator to work in our Nursing Home located in the City Centre.

As a Home Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring the Reception/administrative duties of the home and assisting the Home Management in all aspects of the homes administration.

Your main duties include:

- General Front of house - welcoming and greeting.
- Present a professional and care first contact for all those who visit or telephone the care home.
- Filing of paperwork and setting up personal files.
- Ensuring Spread sheets are up to date including patient documents.
- Knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Manage the financial administration that supports the business of operating a care home.
- Invoicing/Wages/Photocopying.
- Play a key role in safeguarding of all company, public and personal monies.
- Support the Home Manager/Person In charge with administrative and secretarial duties.
- All general administrative duties.
- All other general reception duties.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £11.70 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
