Alexander Steele has partnered with a leading global food manufacturer that is urgently looking for a Continuous Improvement Lead, to drive the establishment of a continuous improvement culture by reducing non-value adding Supply Chain activities across their manufacturing site and wider business.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Support the business vision for the site, ensuring it is aligned to drive profitable growth and a standardised approach to Continuous Improvement.
- Drive communications around Lean processes and results across the sit, ensuring that the Lean rollout is consistent with the overall business’ approach.
- Spearhead and deliver continuous improvement projects at designated manufacturing sites for the group.
- A minimum Lean Six Sigma Green Belt qualification is required.
- Business Improvement Techniques (BIT) level 3 or 4.
- Supply Chain Excellence or Continuous Improvement implementation experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Lean and Continuous Improvement Training experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Project Management experience
- Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels in the organisation.

Salary will be circa £45K to £50K + Car Allowance + 10% Bonus.

The role will be based onsite in the Cumbria area.
