**Central Operations Administration Assistant**

**Hours**: 37.5 per week (Mon-Fri 08:30 - 17:00)

**Location**: Head Office - Hybrid (trial/optional)

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Central Operations Administration. In this role, you will provide crucial support to various departments including Price File Management, Helpdesk, and Customer Service. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations, accurate data management, effective communication, and exceptional customer experiences. **Responsibilities**:
**Price File Management**:

- Maintain and update price files, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to verify pricing information and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor pricing data to identify and address any issues or errors promptly.

**Helpdesk Support**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for stores and central teams regarding operational enquiries and issues.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets, troubleshoot problems, and provide timely resolutions or escalate to appropriate teams.
- Document and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of frequently asked questions and solutions.

**Customer Service Support**:

- Assist the customer service team in handling enquiries, complaints, and order-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
- Maintain accurate customer records, update order statuses, and track customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
