Would suit someone who loves speaking to customers and has strong organisational & administrative skills.

**Main Purpose/Tasks of role**
- To provide a comprehensive administrative support function to the utilities team.
- Provide daily updates to all team members, proactively highlighting any potential issues and working on solutions.
- To work effectively alongside the other departments within the business; this includes senior management, technical leads, RMT and finance.
- To ensure all utility technicians hold professional qualifications (including DBS checks) and other applicable documents are current and held on record securely.

**Role Specification**:

- Highly organised with experience in administration and planning.
- Good communicator with a positive can-do attitude.
- Engaging in sales to both existing and prospective customers, maximising sales opportunities.
- Computer literate with office software.

**Interviews will be held during the week of Monday 11th March - Thursday 14th March.**

**Salary**: £23,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
