Clinical Administrator/Receptionist is an exciting opportunity to join Doncaster & Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS FT as a key member of the Clinical Therapies team. Key Responsibilities
This role involves providing administrative support to facilitate patient access to clinical therapies services. Key duties include:
- Processing referrals and undertaking general administrative tasks
- Managing clinic bookings and changes, working flexibly to meet service demands
- Utilizing SystmOne and other systems for accurate data recording and patient tracking
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth patient pathways and effective communication
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 GCSEs including English and Maths at Grade C or above or equivalent qualification/experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize workload and work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and patients
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages, particularly Word, and willingness to learn new systems
