Lime Search & Select Ltd is a prominent player in the UK's Financial Advisory sector, offering expert services to clients and businesses.
We are currently seeking an Administrative Support Specialist - IFA to join our team, who will be responsible for supporting Financial Advisers and their clients through document production.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare review packs for Financial Advisors, ensuring timely delivery.
- Conduct research and gather information for valuations on various financial products.
- Utilize Intelligent Office to manage client records, complete fact finds, and ensure compliance.
- Upload review pack documents to a Digital Wealth Management platform for virtual meetings.
Essential Requirements:
- At least 1-3 years of experience in Financial Services or Financial Advice.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and a solid understanding of maths and English fundamentals.
- A basic understanding of Intelligent Office would be beneficial.
Compensation Package:
The successful candidate can expect a salary of approximately £26,500 - £29,500 per annum, within a fixed-term 1-year contract that may lead to permanent employment opportunities.
