Administrative Support Specialist

As an Administrative Support Specialist with Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administration and clerical support to an identified pathway within Aspire Drug and Alcohol Services. This includes organizing clerical workload, managing medical records and related documents, receptionist and call handling duties, working across four base points.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Effective Communication: Communicate effectively, accurately, and professionally with written, telephone, and face-to-face contact with patients, visitors, other Trust staff, and external agencies.
  2. Record Management: Maintain, scan, and file paper records and information as appropriate, adhering to records management principles.
  3. Documentation: Assist in producing high-quality documentation using Microsoft Word and SystmOne, including confidential letters, non-accidental injury reports, case conference reports, and housing reports.
  4. Customer Service: Handle telephone enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, recording messages according to agreed systems and escalating as per protocols.

$28,000 - $32,000 per annum
