Job Description

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for setting up, managing, and closing cases on IPS, ensuring that all details are accurately and consistently updated. Key tasks include:

  • Establishing and overseeing case management systems
  • Executing closure procedures, encompassing reviews, closure forms, final reports, and advertising
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, agents, and senior professionals to achieve seamless case progression
  • Generating correspondence, reports, and documents to facilitate effective communication
