Job DescriptionIn this pivotal role, you will be responsible for setting up, managing, and closing cases on IPS, ensuring that all details are accurately and consistently updated. Key tasks include:
- Establishing and overseeing case management systems
- Executing closure procedures, encompassing reviews, closure forms, final reports, and advertising
- Collaborating with stakeholders, agents, and senior professionals to achieve seamless case progression
- Generating correspondence, reports, and documents to facilitate effective communication
