Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated Children's Health Support Specialist to join our Children's Community Continence Service.

This permanent position is based in the community, requiring access to transport and the ability to travel within the required geographical area.

As a Children's Health Support Specialist, you will work under the guidance of the Specialist Continence Nurse to deliver personalized plans of care that support children and young people to achieve continence wherever possible.

You will provide care to patients in numerous community settings, including schools and family homes, using your excellent communication skills to build close relationships with children, young people, and families.

The estimated salary for this role is around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
