**Job Overview**: As a part-time Admin Support team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of Moor House Adventure Centre. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our customers and staff. You will be the first point of contact for enquiries, assisting with reservations, managing bookings, coordinating schedules, and resolving any customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer enquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage all aspects of the reservation process, including booking confirmations, payments, and cancellations.
- Coordinate schedules and activities to ensure efficient use of our facilities and resources.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, bookings, and administrative tasks using our systems and databases.
- Collaborate with the activities team to ensure seamless delivery of services, assisting with logístical support as needed.
- Provide support for on-site events and activities, including setup, registration, and customer assistance.
- Actively seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Support other administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organisation.

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a hospitality or recreational setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Ability to manage and respond quickly and positively to customer needs and feedback.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Proficient in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to work with people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities.
- Educated to GCSE Level A-C in English and Maths
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) is desirable
