Are you a driven HR professional seeking a new challenge? We are in search of a proficient HR Assistant, who holds a CIPD Level 3 qualification and possesses a minimum of three years' experience in a dynamic HR environment.

Our service offering includes; repairs, warranty products, guarantee registration, job booking & claims management software, spares management, warehousing, and product replacement.
**A bit about the role...**
Providing a supporting role to the Group HR Director, and HR Officer, the role of HR Assistant will provide administrative and HR assistance across Pacifica.
**Responsibilities**:
- Administer and assist with the coordination of various HR processes and admin tasks such as recruitment, new starters, leavers, DBS checks, induction, probationary review periods, annual assessments, e-Learning training, and any other processes or tasks which need to be maintained in a timely fashion
- Maintain employee records (attendance, work eligibility etc.) according to policy and legal requirements (using the Company's HR System : MHR iTrent)
- Note / minute taking at HR related meetings
- Support management with disciplinary and grievance issues
- Provide advice to managers on first level HR issues directly (with support from the HR Officer and Group HR Director where required)
- Provide advice to colleagues / managers on policies and procedures
- Prepare job descriptions and job adverts
- Manage the onboarding process
The skills we are looking for in this role include:
- HR qualification: CIPD Level 3
- 2 Years + working in a busy HR Department
- A developing understanding of employment law and disciplinary procedures
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office
- Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
**Benefits**
Salary £24,375 to £25,500 per annum (depending on experience and qualification)
Annual leaves 30 days per annum (Includes bank holiday)

**Working hours**:
Mon to Fri 9.00am to 5.00pm (37.5 hours per week) although extra hours may be required at busy times with time off in lieu.
