**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized individual to join our team as a Training Coordinator. As a key member of our internal support team, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance and query resolution to ensure seamless training arrangements for our employees.

In this role, you will liaise with internal customers to identify training needs, manage departmental admin duties, including course bookings, diary management, and record-keeping. Your excellent communication skills and customer service orientation will enable you to provide effective support to our depot team and contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Liaising with internal customers to identify training requirements
  • Carrying out departmental admin duties, including external course bookings, internal course requests, raising purchase orders, and organizing trainer calendars
  • Diary management and ensuring accurate records are kept up-to-date
  • Managing the TMS system and closing down courses, updating training records
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized office environment
  • Identifying potential safety risks and reporting them to the manager
  • Completing administrative documents in a timely manner
  • Providing effective support and communication to the depot team
  • Conducting additional ad-hoc duties as required
