Sales Office Administrator Assistant

Ransome Sporting Goods are looking for a person to join their sales office team as a clerical assistant.
The role would suit a person with a keen interest in sport, whether in a sport Ransome Sporting Goods currently offer products for, or a general interest in all sports.
The role would involve administrative tasks involving sales order processing and dealing with general customer service jobs. Working with product managers to ensure all targets and deadlines are met daily.
The successful applicant will have a good general knowledge of computing; including Microsoft Office and Sage 200C. Training on Sage 200C will be given if required.
Also included within the role will be responsibility for the day to day running of the companies Amazon listings. This will involve processing orders, listing items for sale, maintaining stock levels, and improving product listing / positions within Amazon’s search engines. Full training will be given for this role.
The salary level for this position is likely to be at minimum wage or could be at apprentice level.
Experience/Knowledge: Keen interest in sport in general.
Skills: Excellent communication, good numeric skills, ability to work under pressure, ability to work autonomously. Basic IT skills. Knowledge of Amazon would be desirable, but a requirement as full training given to successful applicant.
Desirable: Knowledge of Sage 200C, be self-motivated and enthusiastic, have good organisational and time-keeping skills.
