ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking an organised and experienced Office/Sales Administrator to be a part of our small team. Reporting to the Office Manager, the role covers a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES.
Accurately record product stock movements on customer stock monitors which provides information to generate customer invoices.

Provide accurate sales quotations using in house software.

Respond in a timely manner to incoming sales enquiries.

Provide Sales Operations Manager with administrative support.

Provide Office Manager with administrative support

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Minimum 2 years of experience of similar role.
- Experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
- Attention to detail and an aptitude to do the job right first time every time.
- Willing to help other team members when needed.
- Excellent numeracy and attention to detail skill.
- Excellent written and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
