Lookers**_ Ford Middlesbrough _**is recruiting for a highly organised Vehicle Sales Administrator to join our growing team and work alongside our **_3 _**_experienced Administrators_**, in order to support and provide an exceptional administrative experience to our team of Sales Executives.

This isn’t your average Sales Administrator role, you will be reporting to **_Donna Moore, _**Dealership Accountant, who has over 30 years experience with Lookers This opportunity to learn from one of the best is not to be missed. Donna will impart her knowledge and experience to you allowing you to develop your skills and establish a strong career within the Automotive industry. As part of your role you will also be able to access in-house training on the Ford Dealer Portal.

Our Sales Administrators support the day to day running of our Sales departments with a high level of accuracy. They are knowledgeable and capable of working at pace while providing a first class level of service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining all customer databases and answering all internal and external queries via telephone and online.
- Support the ordering of vehicles for customers using the internal vehicle management system.
- Make sure that all orders comply with Lookers policies and procedures, and you'll give customers accurate quotations utilising our approved quotation system.
- Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard
- ** **Processing supplier & manufacturer invoices daily, and perform adhoc accounts duties and general administrative responsibilities
- Taxing and invoicing Fleet, new and used vehicles
- Communicating effectively with all customers, and scheduling delivery dates for customers

Qualifications:
Having previous experience of working in the automotive industry and using Kerridge/ADP would be advantageous, although not essential as full training will be offered.
