**The roles is fast paced, varied and requires excellent communication skills with meticulous attention to detail**

Work closely with the sales, accounts, and production teams to accurately prepare and process all sales administration from start to completion

Ensure all sales administration, production and order forms are complete and 100% accurate

Liaise with customers and production dept to progress orders, collect signed order forms and deposits

Prepare and amend sales quotations and production paperwork

Proactively update customer orders

Support the sales team to achieve departmental targets

Maintain accurate sales department records and systems.

Coordinates after sales support to customers queries

During busy month provide administrative support to other departments

Deliver outstanding 5-star levels of customer service at all times

Required skills and experiences:
Be confident with proven B2B sales & office administration skills

Have excellent customer service skills providing the best possible customer experience

Be an excellent listener with the ability to understand customer needs

Have great attention to detail championing a get it right first-time approach

Be able to take ownership of tasks & projects, getting the job done

Be able to effectively organise and prioritise your daily workloads

Strong communication skills both verbally and written

Have a friendly confident professional telephone manner

Strong IT skills - Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM systems

The Package:
Excellent Basic salary of £25,000 to £30,000 (dependent upon experience)

Your working hours will be Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm (no weekends)
