**About the Role**:
The Puzey Family Practice has an opportunity for an administrator to join our busy practice support team, on a full time basis however, part time hours will be also considered (pro-rata salary).

The main responsibilities of the role include:

- Undertaking a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the practice, including the provision of secretarial and clerical support to clinical staff and other members of the practice team;
- Data entry and read coding of relevant patient information and medical data into the clinical system;
- Scanning patient information into computerised records, including medical documents, hospital records and letters, as necessary;
- Photocopying documents as required;
- Actioning tasks set by clinicians and the practice managers;
- Contacting patients to attend screening and health monitoring appointments;

We are seeking a self-motivated individual, who can manage their own workload efficiently and communicate well with other team members. Applicants should be competent in basic IT and typing skills.
- Friendly with strong administration, time management and organisational skills;
- An excellent communicator, able to work in a confidential and discreet manner;
- Able to multi-task, work hard and maintain a attention to detail, when under pressure;
- Able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, as well as comfortable working independently.
