**The role**:Sales Coordinator**

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Sales team based in Reading/London or Milton Keynes as a Sales Coordinator.

This role will predominantly support the sales function across the South regions, ensuring quality and accuracy of data to make accurate sales decisions/forecasting etc. The successful applicant will also be expected to become the “go to” expert for any CRM (Customer Relationship Management) queries within the team.

There will be an element of travel required to meet other Sales team members however this will only be approximately 1 - 2 times per month.

The role would ideally suit an experienced sales coordinator looking for a larger role within a Global Insurance Leader.

**We will rely on you for**:

- New User Training.
- Review new user requests.
- Manage local requests / suggest enhancements.
- Data cleansing / data quality monitoring & reporting.
- Sales reporting and analysis.
- Report writing.
- Participate actively in Regional Co-ordinator quarterly meetings.
- Monthly Reconciliation with finance.
- Maintaining regional Sales pipeline.

**What you need to have**:

- Previous experience within a Sales Coordination/Administration role.
- Demonstrable experience using CRM’s (Customer Relationship Management) - Microsoft Dynamics is ideal but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills in completing assigned tasks.
