We seek a Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator who will be a key member of our marketing team, focused on the acquisition and retention of Lit Fibre customers as we grow rapidly. This role is heavily focused on directing marketing strategies which will help deliver a dynamic and joined-up experience. The marketing activity will be aimed at the specific towns where we deliver broadband, lots of offline campaigns to ensure our target audiences know we are coming to town and understand who we are The person in post can make a real impact in this role and have a voice to influence the way in which we market to our customers.

**What does the role involve?**
- Execute strategic marketing communications, specifically direct marketing activity.
- Stay current on trends and monitor the competitive landscape to determine opportunities to optimise and test new offers, formats and messaging.
- Coordinate the tactical elements and tasks related to the campaign, working with cross functional teams and agency partners.
- Oversee multimedia and production budgets.
- Responsible for campaign planning including measures of success.
- Developing sales materials with the engagement of key stakeholders.

**We’re looking for people with the following skills**:

- Previous consumer marketing experience, telecoms/broadband is a bonus.
- Demonstrable success running DM and EM campaigns with proven sales outcomes.
- Ability to manage consumer campaigns on a day-today basis.
- Background in the creation and delivery of field marketing materials.
- Experience in setting up events.
- Creative thinker with the potential to develop marketing-related innovative ideas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
