**Hours**:32 hours across a 4-day week (no salary sacrifice)

**Job snapshot**:
As Wonde’s Events Executive, you’ll work to deliver brand awareness and effective communication of solutions and services managing all external events, exhibitions and conference calendar around the world.
You’ll have the opportunity to support existing events as well as the execution of new occassions with the autonomy and freedom to get creative with your ideas and plans.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Partner with the marketing team to achieve the marketing objectives by contributing new ideas and helping to plan marketing activities
- Event research, planning, development and implementation, considering time and budget commitments
- Project management of each event to ensure it is planned and executed well
- To successfully manage suppliers and partners associated with event planning
- Ensure events are supported with a robust communication plan including internal intranet, social media and others
- Event follow-up, debrief and analysis.
- Contribution to budget planning, monitoring ongoing (and final) spend, to ensure the best possible ROI for events
