Hospitality Administration Role Overview

In this exciting opportunity, you will be working as a key member of the East Racing team, providing administrative and hospitality support across various events. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining accurate records.

As a Hospitality Administration Assistant, you will be based at Newmarket Racecourse, which hosts a range of high-profile events throughout the year, including world-class horseracing, conferences, and exhibitions. This is an excellent chance to develop your skills in event management, customer service, and administration.

The role involves working closely with the hospitality manager and other team members to ensure seamless execution of events. You will be responsible for managing conference and event orders, handling general office duties, and responding to queries from clients.

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual who can work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be dealing with clients, colleagues, and vendors on a regular basis.

A competitive salary of £14.50 per hour, with a minimum guaranteed 30 hours per week, reflects the importance of this role in supporting the success of East Racing.
