Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of day-to-day repairs and maintenance activities.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations through regular inspections.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with contractors and suppliers.
- Coordinating a team of tradespeople to achieve shared goals.
- Accurately recording and maintaining detailed logs of repairs and maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Trade Operations Coordinator or similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driving license and willingness to use a company van.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
