About the Role

East Racing seeks an enthusiastic and confident individual to support our hospitality operations at Newmarket Racecourse as an Administrative and Hospitality Services Coordinator.

This role plays a key part in providing administrative and accounts support, ensuring exceptional customer service during race days and conferences and events.

The successful candidate will work closely with Clients, General Managers, and Head Chefs from both Newmarket and Huntingdon racecourses to maintain accurate records and details filed in accordance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the planning and execution of hospitality events, including catering, seating arrangements, and special requests.
  2. Assist in the discussion and organization of menus and bespoke packages for Weddings/Special Events/Exhibitions.
  3. Manage relationships with clients at an appropriate level, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer service.
  4. Attend food tastings as required, demonstrating a keen sense of taste and presentation.
  5. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss ideas and receive updates on new initiatives.
