About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team at Spider in Newmarket, Suffolk. As an integral part of our small but dynamic team, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our charity.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional administrative support to our team members, ensuring seamless communication and efficient task management.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Developing and implementing effective administrative systems and processes to improve productivity and efficiency.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development. Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or coordinator in a similar environment.
  • Degree-level qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
