Support Services Coordinator

Crem Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Services Coordinator to join our team. As a Support Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior management and directors, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily office functions and recruitment desks.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing payroll administration, including tracking weekly temp timesheets and ensuring timely submissions to meet payroll deadlines.
  • Providing HR support, including assisting with onboarding processes for new internal hires, maintaining employee profiles on HR systems, and providing impartial minute-taking services during disciplinary meetings.
  • Providing office management support, including providing administrative assistance to senior management and directors as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven experience in payroll administration and HR support
  • Proficiency in office software and HR systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

The estimated annual salary for this role is $42,000 - $52,000, depending on experience. A comprehensive benefits package is also offered. This part-time position (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 8:30am - 5pm) reports directly to the Recruitment Manager.
