Business Operations Coordinator

Crem Recruitment is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily office functions and recruitment desks.
Your responsibilities will include timesheet collation, HR support, and ad hoc PA duties for senior management, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Main Tasks:- Payroll Administration: Manage payroll administration, including tracking weekly temp timesheets and ensuring timely submissions to meet payroll deadlines.
- HR Support: Assist with onboarding processes for new internal hires, maintain employee profiles on HR systems, and provide impartial minute-taking services during disciplinary meetings.
- Office Management: Provide administrative support to senior management and directors as needed.
Requirements:
- Highly organised and proactive approach to work
- Proven experience in payroll administration and HR support
- Proficiency in office software and HR systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000, depending on experience. A comprehensive benefits package is also offered. This part-time position (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 8:30am - 5pm) reports directly to the Recruitment Manager.
