Our 10,500 experts and innovative tools help us shape a better world for our customers and communities.- About the Role- As a UX Researcher, you will help teams to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations. You will work collaboratively with senior researchers and other business teams. Use observation techniques, interviews, task analysis, and feedback, you'll ensure our products are regularly tested with users.- Responsibilities- Planning and conduct research, collaborating with stakeholders to understand the research questions
- Exploring analytics, customer insight, and data to focus research
- Working with designers and developers to iterate and test solutions.
- Assessing products with a basic awareness of ethics and regulations
- Observing and compares the users' natural workflows, juxtaposed to the product's design
- Understanding and advocates user needs through direct or indirect observation, formulates relevant use cases
- Making user driven recommendations to improve overall user experience
- Keeping up to date on competitors; familiarizes with their features and perceived value
- Building out basic technical skills through ongoing training
- Requirements- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Factors, Anthropology, Human Geography or similar field
- Have some experience in a UX research role or similar
- Be a natural problem solver, able to collaborate with your team to resolve issues
- Be an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Have great research skills and be naturally curious
