Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist

With a strong focus on testing and experimentation, we help our clients better understand their customers and create a testing framework that allows them to take risks. Our approach is centered around creating a culture of testing, where we can definitively demonstrate and deliver results for our clients.
Our team is made up of experts in copywriting, behavioural psychology, user research, analytics, UX design, frontend development, and project management. We've delivered results for clients ranging from small businesses to large enterprises like Citrix, The Guardian, and Facebook.
We're looking for a talented individual to lead our experimentation strategy across 3-5 exciting client accounts. As a key point of contact for our clients, you'll work closely with our team to deliver a strategy that drives results and helps our clients achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a testing strategy that drives long-term results and matures our clients' testing capabilities;
- Identify problems with the conversion rate of client websites through quantitative and qualitative research;
- Create data-backed test hypotheses to address issues identified in quant and qual research;
- Analyse and evaluate experiments, reporting on results and devising iterations on concepts to drive the testing strategy;
- Prioritise insights and testing strategy to help our clients achieve their goals and deliver ROI;
- Lead on strategy and help our clients mature their testing programmes;
- Accountability for success for your clients, measured via average win rate and NPS;
- Support and mentorship of junior team members;
- Collaboration with the rest of the consulting team and across clients to provide feedback on strategy and contribute to brainstorms for client tests;
