**We are looking for someone passionate about developing leadership and management skills from first line managers to boards and leadership teams. You will have extensive experience in developing soft skills and be someone who strives to continuously improve, both their delivery and their own skills and performance.**

We want someone who can contribute to the business development and growth, both with ideas and by engaging with our clients - someone driven, capable of working independently and able to hit the ground running as our Leadership and Management Trainer.

We are looking for an individual who shares our passion and who will work closely with our clients to make sure they have a great experience whilst helping them be the best they can be.

**This critical role will work closely with our CEO to take on much of the leadership development activities from the CEO. You will also be working with our Future Leaders trainer to collaborate and develop leadership programmes, as well as to independently help develop further products and services to improve the world of work for our client. You will be part of a small team that will help shape our company strategy, as well as forge external relationships to help drive growth and sales.**

**About the role**:

- Full-time/Permanent position. Monday to Friday
- Office (Warwick) or Home based, with the ability to travel to the office as required, and the ability to deliver face-to-face training nationally as required
- Salary of up to £35k depending upon experience

**Responsibilities: -**
- You will have experience in designing and delivering leadership and management training programmes.
- You will have experience in the design and development of learner resources/materials to support training and regularly gain feedback on course content with a view to amending training material if appropriate in order to continuously improve the content
- You will ideally have previous experience and a track record of leading and managing a team
- You will have a passion for developing people and seeing the potential in people to become their best at work
- You will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at every level including C-suite Directors and CEOs
- You will have experience of liaising with clients to provide support and guidance on a regular basis as per project specifications and work to high quality standards.
- You will be passionate about designing and building training programmes to meet the needs of our clients and keen to show how these have made a positive difference to behaviours within organisations
- You will work closely with the CEO to learn how we design and deliver programmes and be ready to take over this work for yourself
- Travel within the UK and internationally if required to deliver TEC services to our clients

**Skills required**:

- The experience and ability to develop ‘softer’ skills in leaders and managers from various sectors and industries both new to role and established in role
- Ability to build rapport with your learners and clients
- The ability to research and create training courses and deliver them in an engaging way
- Facilitation and coaching experience
- Commercial business awareness and ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Willing to network in order to generate new business
- People Management skills
- A team player who works well as part of a team and is also self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to working to timescales and targets and be flexible and adapt to the needs of our clients and the business.
- Autonomy to work self-directed
- Hardworking and passionate about developing people
- Highly organised and self-motivated.
- Driven to succeed with excellent attention to detail
- PC literate with experience of using Word, PowerPoint, Excel and ideally having worked with LMS platforms.
- Ensure Health & Safety, Code of Conduct, Equality & Diversity policies are adhered to

**Experience required**:

- Experienced in developing and delivering leadership development programmes (ideally up to level 5) via webinars, online and face-to face for classroom-based learning
