We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to fill the role of Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, as part of EG Group.

Job Requirements: The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality or retail sector, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate colleagues to deliver high-quality customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Promote a welcoming and inclusive store environment, fostering teamwork and camaraderie among colleagues.
  • Assist with training and development, ensuring all team members have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, wastage, and sales data, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Actively participate in food preparation, adhering to Food Safety and Health & Safety policies.
  • Ensure the store is presented in a clean, tidy, and well-organized manner, adhering to EG Group's standards.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
