Oem Trainer

Job Purpose:
Facilitate the instruction and training of employees through on-the-job training, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, work instructions, Health and Safety guidelines, and safe work practices.

Main Duties and Responsibilities of the trainer:
**Induction and On-the-Job Training**
- Conduct induction training for new employees as necessary.
- Provide on-the-job training and assess competency to ensure the demonstration of correct and safe work practices.
- Deliver training programs in a professional and engaging manner to enhance employee learning experiences.

**Course Material Development**
- Develop and update course materials to facilitate employee learning and address their educational needs.
- Create innovative course materials and supplementary handouts to support learning objectives.
- Adapt existing training materials to align with changes in standard operating procedures, work instructions, and safety protocols.

**Training Documentation & Administration**
- Coordinate induction and on-the-job training schedules in collaboration with the Production management team.
- Generate accurate training documentation, reports, and evaluations to facilitate departmental development.
- Produce training reports as per departmental requirements.
- Maintain training facilities to ensure readiness for training sessions.

**Administrative Responsibilities**
- Procure necessary items for training rooms as per established protocols.
- Complete weekly paperwork and expense claims as necessary.

**Remote Work & Travel**
- Maintain flexibility in work hours to accommodate business needs, including occasional overtime.
- Travel regularly to other UK sites as required.

**Quality & Environmental Responsibilities**:

- Manage and ensure compliance with quality and environmental procedures, records, and documents relevant to the role.

**Package and Benefits of the Trainer**:

- 37 hours a week - Monday to Friday to suit business requirements
- Salary of £38,000 - £45,000 DOE
- Yearly Bonus

Pay: £38,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
