**Project Assistant & PA**
Looking for a new challenge? As Petersham Nurseries continues to grow we are expanding our team and looking for an Executive Administrator with a twist This role will provide direct administrative and project coordination across our hospitality and lifestyle brand.
This new position is an exciting opportunity to take on a diverse role which will see you involved in projects and events where every day will be different You will be highly organised and detail orientated, with previous experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects to ensure deadlines are met, delivering high quality results to match our premium brand. You’ll have a tenacious personality, and a passion for quality that matches the ethos of Petersham Nurseries.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met, and stakeholders are kept informed of progress.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors.
- Provide administrative support to the Groups Operation Director, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Conduct project research and prepare results, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Take notes at meetings and distribute minutes.
- Assist with budget tracking and financial reporting as required.
- Identify areas for improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency across the business.
- Report on KPI’s as requested by Directors.
- Keep track of project timetables and costings.
- Conduct post implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery.
2 years’ experience as a PA
Some experience of overseeing projects / events
Excellent planning & organisation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Results Driven
Highly Motivated
This position will require multi-site working across Richmond & Central London including some out of London travel so a driving licence is preferable.
