**Position - 1st Line Application and Project Support Analyst**

**Location - Richmond (Hybrid)**

**Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus & Benefits**

**Primary Responsibilities**

Applications
- Manage workload and helpdesk tickets using the internal helpdesk system.
- Work with Application providers to ensure smooth running of systems and that SLAs are adhered to.
- Deliver key areas of internal changes such as online documents, workflows, products.
- To be able to troubleshoot issues in order to identify the root cause in order to provide a solution.
- Working with the Business change team where further support is required to resolve issues or to implement changes.
- To work as directed on any other business projects and tasks required by the business but with the ultimate aim of supporting the UK's business strategy and financial objective.
- Providing some basic technical IT support to the Business when required.

Projects
- To provide support to the Business Change team for system changes and projects as required.
- To be responsible for understanding and implementing system configuration required in support of new or changed functionality.
- To assist users with identifying test areas, writing test scripts and carrying out User Acceptance Testing with the business when required to do so.
- Assist with the User Acceptance testing of new or changed functionality as determined by the Business Change team, identifying test areas, writing test scripts and carrying out User Acceptance Testing with the business.
- To ensure that new documentation required to support new or changed functionality is in place and made available in the BCI library.

The role has a hybrid working policy with four days in the office located in Richmond and one days working from home and comes with a generous salary up to £35,000 plus bonus & benefits.
