Technical Business Analyst

Hubspot or Salesforce experience – Luxury Travel Company based in Surrey/Greater London

Hybrid working (2 days per week in office) – up to £65K plus bens

Are you a technical Business Analyst who would jump at the chance to work as Technical Business Analyst in the exciting world of luxury travel?

My client has a job opportunity for a Technical Digital Business Analyst with experience working on an agile team during CRM implementations and integrations. My client are using Hubspot CRM for a new website project, so ideally somebody with a background in Hubspot or Salesforce or similar CRM tool is needed for this role.

In this exciting Technical Business Analyst role, you will form an essential part of the company’s agile multidisciplinary development team working on a new web CRM project.

To apply for this role, you must have had previous experience in a Digital Business Analyst capacity with exposure to CRM platform integrations, implementation and support, in CRMs such as Hubspot or Salesforce or similar.

Essential Skills

* Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies and working as a Business Analyst on web CRM projects.

* Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to elicit business requirements and understand their needs.

* Develop detailed documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps.

* Experience of integrating website APIs into CRMs

* Experience working with internal and external stakeholders.

* Working closely with the QA function and ensuring requirements traceability.

* Strong CRM knowledge using platforms such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Umbraco, or similar.

* Familiarity with database management, SQL, and data analysis tools

Additionally, in your previous roles as a Business Analyst you should have skills with CRM Implementation and Support which will enable you to:

* Ensure the company's CRM solutions align with business strategies and enhance customer experiences.

* Customize CRM workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet user requirements.

* Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues.

* Serve as the primary point of contact between IT and business units for CRM-related initiatives.
