Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Corporate and Commercial Lawyer/Solicitor to join our ambitious and high-performing legal team in North Yorkshire. The successful candidate will form part of the newly established Major Projects legal team, providing legal support to corporate delivery structures and regeneration projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal advice and support to the Major Projects legal team
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of legal frameworks for corporate delivery structures
  • Collaborating with external partners and stakeholders on regeneration and economic development projects

Requirements:

  • Qualified lawyer/solicitor with experience in corporate and commercial law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Salary Range: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
