**Salary: Up to £26,174 **per annum**
**Working Hours: 44 per week. **Monday - Friday 8am - 17.00 on rota 1 in 3**
At Charles Hurts Belfast we have a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, enthusiastic individual to join our growing team as a Parts Administrator, in order to not only support the day to day running of our parts department but also provide an exceptional administrative experience.
At our state-of-the-art dedicated Parts hub and work alongside our friendly team of parts advisors. This opportunity to learn from one of the best is not to be missed.
Our Parts Administrators are responsible for efficiently and accurately processing all parts orders and maintain stock purchase records while ensuring that company policies and procedures are adhered to
- Processing of supplier orders and booking them onto the system
- Daily Banking of Cash
- Raising Credit Notes for Customers
Having previous experience within the motor trade would be advantageous, although not essential as full training will be provided.
